My own magnetic towel brand, currently live. A brand I'm building from the ground up, applying everything learned from the brands before it, with a vision built on diversity, good mood and storytelling.

the starting point
France is a great market: sophisticated, highly competitive, with remarkably loyal buyers, and around €160b a year in online consumer purchases. But advertising costs keep rising: CPMs run around €6.80 in France versus roughly €3.40 in Réunion.
So I shifted the test to Réunion Island, a growing e-commerce scene with very low CPMs and no seasonality, where I could build awareness, social proof and content from scratch.
what actually moved the needle?
Cheap CPMs naturally led the test to Réunion: product-market fit validation on a French-speaking market, without burning the budget, and without being watched by competitors before the real launch. Réunion was the perfect testing ground: validate PMF cheap, build the creative library, then move to France, where no similar brand exists for this kind of product. The odds were on our side.
Like Oslowuff, I used micro-seeding to get awareness and free content, and it worked: one seeded post went viral with more than 400k views.
i test where it's cheap and launch where it counts: réunion first, france next.
the marketing strategy
To support digital sales, I also sold on the beach market, making content for the brand at the same time, building credibility, and talking with customers right after the sale to understand their real motivation for buying.
The micro-seeding brought excellent content from UGC creators building their portfolios. We boosted their posts to grow their reach too, and published as collaborative posts, which gave us two things at once: stronger social proof from a third-party account, and visibility for the brand.
"One seeded post went viral: 400,000+ views, almost for free."Magnette, micro-seeding, 2026
